• Your email. If you leave your email to unlock the full report, we use it only to send you that report and to follow up about the report and Rankyard. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops all of them. We erase the email 12 months after you asked for the report.
• Your IP address. To limit how many free checks one connection can run, we store only a one-way keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself, and we erase it after 30 days. Our servers' technical logs also record IP addresses.
• The business and keyword you check. We keep these with the results to show you the report.

Agency accounts

• Your name, email and sign-in details, your team members, and the client businesses and keywords you track.
• Billing is handled by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.
• Shared report links can be opened by anyone who has the link until you revoke them. They are marked so search engines don't index them.

Where ranking data comes from

Rankings are Google Maps search results collected for us by third-party data providers. We send them the keyword, the search language and the coordinates of each grid point, never your email or IP address.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by writing to support@rankyard.app.
