What we did
Oct 3 Published a new page for emergency appointments.
Free for a business listed on Google Maps. The 3×3 grid around it shows up straight away, with no sign-up.
Your client asks why the phone isn’t ringing. Show them a map of exactly where they appear on Google, square by square, and who beats them in each one, in a report with your logo, not ours.
You pay with credits. Monthly credits reset on the 1st, credits you top up never expire, and if a whole grid fails, its credits come back.
Three things to do per client. After that, grids and weekly checks keep the report current.
Search the business by name. Rankyard matches it by its Google place ID, so a listing with a similar name never takes its place.
Pick the searches that bring customers in, like “emergency dentist”, and a 3×3, 5×5 or 7×7 grid around the business.
Grids run on the 1st and the 15th, and the business gets a free point check every week. Send the report as a PDF or a link.
Each grid lists the five competitors that rank above your client at the most squares, counted from the saved results. When others tie with the fifth, the report says how many. Pick a name to see where it wins.
Every report carries your logo and colour, whether it goes out as a PDF or a share link. The report never shows the Rankyard name.
Log the work you did, like a new page, a review push or a profile change, and it appears on the trend and in the report.
Try it: the sample report above changes too.
rankyard.app/r/k7Qm2xVb9TfL…Private, behind a long random token, hidden from search engines. Revoke it whenever you like.
Businesses that get customers from the map pack. People search from wherever they are, and the results change a few streets away.
A grid shows which neighbourhoods see the practice near the top, and which see the one down the road instead.
Plumbers, electricians and cleaners cover a whole service area. The grid shows how far out from the business address the listing still shows up.
People look for food from wherever they happen to be. The grid shows who holds the top 3 in each part of town.
Every plan has the same features. Plans differ only in how many clients, keywords and grid credits you get. Each starts with a 14-day trial.
A 3×3 or 5×5 grid uses 1 credit, a 7×7 uses 2. The weekly point check at the business is free.
50 credits for $15 or 200 for $49. They never expire and are used after the monthly credits.
White-label client reports and share links and Action log on every trend. Monthly credits reset on the 1st. Full pricing
Rankyard reads the first 20 map results at each point. If the business isn't among them, the square says 20+. We don't estimate a position past that.
Each point is retried once when a search fails. If it fails again, the square shows no data instead of a guess, and it doesn't count towards the totals.
If a whole grid fails or doesn't finish, it is marked as failed with the reason, and its credits go back to your balance automatically.
No. Reports and shared pages show your logo and colour. The link itself is on rankyard.app, behind a long random token you can revoke.
Twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, and a new client's first grid runs at once. Extra grids come out of your credits whenever you need them.
Automatic checks stop. Your data stays viewable, read-only, for 30 days. Subscribe and the schedule starts again.
No. Every grid point is a real search that costs us money, so each plan has a set allowance. When you need more, top-ups are there.
